Nothing is added to this traditional New England favorite. We are able to turn it into a candy consistency because we cook it to a very specific degree in temperature and then churn it in a machine. From there we fill rubber candy molds and let our candy dry on a rack until ready for packaging. We are certified Kosher, NON GMO and Gluten Free. All of our pure Maple Products are produced in a Nut free facility and we are proud to say we hold the NH Seal of Quality on our products.
