Smokin' Tin Roof's Bacon Stout Mustard.
6.4 oz. hex jar, Medium. We use a bacon-flavored stout from a local brewery to soak our mustard seeds for 36 hours and soften them for grinding. We add just the right amount of bacon and our homemade ghost pepper powder to add great heat in three levels. This is a big hit at craft fairs and is much loved by those who try it. It’s great on any sandwich, hot dog, burger or as a side for kielbasa or steak.
