Peach Jam is made with local fruit. Peaches are harvested in July/August after ripening on the tree. In New Hampshire, we have an abundance of peaches. Incredible flavor---you'll love this on toast, muffins, or banana bread. Justin Kaminski's favorite (with peanut butter).
