Polly's gingerbread pancake mix is one of our most popular flavors. It marries pancakes and classic gingerbread for a whole new spin on some classic flavors. It is made with a base of our plain pancake mix but then with added spices and molasses to kick up a great gingerbread texture and flavor.
Our mix is simple to make and enjoy topped with whipped cream, lemon curd, or just butter and maple syrup.
