Knife & Plow is committed to supporting native and local agriculture providing sustainable, artisanal products to our customers. Our small-batch soups and seasonings are produced in our solar-powered, NH-licensed, commercial kitchen.
Knife & Plow is a Certified Organic Farm using organic practices for 25 years. Our three solar arrays produce approximately 25,000 watts of electricity that run our irrigation, refrigeration, and processing equipment.
